KituBox
Offline-first · Built in Kenya

Runs your business.
Even when the network doesn't.

KituBox is five offline-first apps sharing one sync engine — POS, ERP, HR, Payroll, and CRM. Every sale, invoice, and payslip works on-device first, with M-Pesa STK Push and KRA eTIMS compliance handled the moment a connection is available.

The suite

Five apps. One sync engine.

Each app stands on its own, and each one plugs into the others — a CRM deal becomes an ERP quote, an HR record feeds Payroll, and a payroll run posts straight into the ERP ledger.

How it stays honest offline

A sale on a dead connection is still a real sale.

01 — Offline

Every record — a sale, an invoice, a lead, a payroll line — is created and stored on the device first. No connection required to ring up a sale or issue a receipt.

02 — Syncing

Two devices on the same premises sync directly to each other over a peer-to-peer mesh connection — no router, no server, no double-sold stock.

03 — Synced to cloud

Once a connection returns, everything reconciles to the cloud and eTIMS submission completes automatically — the sale was never blocked waiting for it.
